My times were a lot closer to normal this week although they're still feeling really hard. I got a massage this week to see if it would help my calf muscles. It hurt yet felt so good! I also ran in my first race since March. I'm not very fast but I love races!
I just realized that at this point last year, I had run 272 miles. This year, I'm only at 88. I'm really worried about the Goofy challenge in Jan :/
