I took the week off of running again because of my knee pain. It went away completely during the week but came back at mile 3 of the race last night. I think I might take two weeks off and keep foam rolling and icing and see if it helps. With as much pain as I was in last night, I cannot imagine doing it for 16 more miles! I need to look for a good stretching program too, geared to a variety of knee pain since I can't narrow down what wrong with me. Any one have any good ones?

It seems to be in the right place for ITBand pain, but when I foam roll, I cant find a sore spot at all!
