Weekly Recap- July 8- 14

On Monday, I ran my first long run in a while and took it nice and easy.  I definitely felt like I could have gone longer at that pace and wasn't sore at all after!  Dare I say that it made the marathon seem a TEEEENY bit less scary??  I just have to make sure to take it slow!

Monday-- 9.51 miles in 1:51:12 (Mile 1: 10:45, Mile 2: 11:03, Mile 3: 11:45, Mile 4: 12:00, Mile 5: 12:22, Mile 6: 12:04, Mile 7: 12:50, Mile 8: 12:28, Mile 9: 10:39, Mile 9-9.5: 10:33, average pace: 11:42)
Wednesday--3.01 miles in 30:35 (Mile 1: 10:20, Mile 2: 10:22, Mile 3: 9:50, average pace: 10:11)
Friday--4 miles in 40:44 (Mile 1: 10:06, Mile 2: 9:54, Mile 3: 10:21, Mile 4: 10:25, average pace: 10:11)
Sunday-- 5 miles in 51:23 (Mile 1: 10:05, Mile 2: 9:59, Mile 3: 10:18, Mile 4: 10:57, Mile 5: 10:04, average pace: 10:17)

Total miles this week: 21.52
Total miles in 2013: 294.07
Total miles: 722.56
