Recipe- Cream of Mushroom Pork Chops

I've recently started trying some of the recipes I grew up with.  Some have been epic failures.  Luckily, this one fared pretty well.

Cream of Mushroom Pork Chops

4 Pork Chops
Break crumbs
Egg, mixed with a little water
Can of Cream of Mushroom soup, mixed with milk to your desired consistency
2 Tbsp oil

1) Heat oil in pan
2)Put pork chops in bread crumbs, then egg mixture, then back into bread crumbs
3) Brow each side in oil for about 3-4 minutes per side
4) Remove pork chops to plate and clean out pan
5) Put pork chops back in and cover with soup mixture
6) Simmer for about 25 minutes

I served it with mashed potatoes and corn.  Easy and yummy!
